Please take notice of the new functionality in Twinfield, which is added to support sending sales ledger statements.

This functionality enables you to:

  • set up your accounts receivable for the use of sales ledger statements;
  • set up your own sales ledger statement;
  • generate sales ledger statements in PDF format;
  • generate sales ledger statements in an email with a link.

A statement of accounts receivables includes all outstanding items per customer on the given reference date. This list will be stored in PDF format or sent to the debtor by email, depending on the settings on the ‘credit management’ tab in the debtor dimension. This new functionality is available through the menu Credit Management > Reminding > Sales ledger statements.
